Putting for Penguins Logo Design Contest
Contest closes August 31st, winner will be announced at the September AAZK Meeting.
The logo will primarily be used for the official t-Shirt, but will also be included in advertising.
- Size requirements: must be between 500KB and 10MG in size.
- File Types accepted: JPEG, TIFF, PNG, GIF
- You do not have to be a member of AAZK to enter the contest/submit a design.
- Email submissions to [email protected] (our usual yahoo email accepts only limited file sizes, the gmail will accept larger attachments.)
- The design must be your own original creation!
- Included with your submission you must send a signed Release Form available below. (You can either sign it and mail it in, or sign it, scan it and email it back. It releases the right for us to use the image. It also states that the image/logo you submit is your design and not the property of another individual, company or organization.)

Winners will have their design used as our official Putting for Penguins 2018 logo and will appear on the t-shirt and in advertising for the event. The winner will also receive a free t-shirt showing off their logo.
See below for examples of our BFR shirt designs (which follow the same design rules)- these designs are good because they are only one or two colors over another color background (either a lighter design over a darker colored shirt, or a dark logo over a lighter colored shirt.)

- The logo can be any color, but needs to be all one color.
- It MUST contain a penguin.
- It does not have to say "Putting for Penguins."
Previous BFR Contest Winners
_For our purposes this logo is not a good design because it has too
many colors. When they screen print a shirt, they have to
create a different screen for each color added. Each new screen incurs a
cost and so creating the shirts becomes cost prohibitive. If there are
too many colors your design will not be chosen, even if it is amazing.
